Welcome to Evolv Kids Acting Studio, where young stars grow with confidence and creativity. Our specialized kids acting classes are designed to nurture your child’s potential, whether they’re just starting out or already passionate about performing. Led by experienced instructors with credits in major films, television, Broadway, and local theater, we provide hands-on training tailored to kids. Every session is recorded, so parents can watch their child’s progress. With small class sizes, we ensure personalized attention to help your child shine, build confidence, and develop skills that go beyond the stage.

$150/month includes 4 Saturdays monthly

Ages 7–10: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Ages 11–13: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Our program teaches kids the fundamentals of acting for both stage and screen. They’ll learn to analyze scripts, connect emotionally, and begin mastering the Evolv Technique—a unique blend of methods inspired by Chubbuck, Meisner, and Adler.

Through our engaging classes, kids build confidence on and off the stage while learning skills like audition techniques and monologue mastery. As they progress, students will have the chance to showcase their talent at quarterly talent events and annual showcases, attended by casting agents, producers, directors, and other industry professionals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is prior acting experience required?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for kids of all skill levels, from beginners to those with some experience.

Will my child need to bring snacks or water?

We provide bottled water during class, but we encourage kids to bring a small snack to keep their energy up.

What reading level is required for participation?

Any reading level is welcome! For students who prefer auditory learning, memorization and script analysis can be adapted accordingly.

What should my child wear to class?

We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for movement (like activewear) and closed-toe shoes for safety and ease of participation.

Does my child need to bring any supplies?

A notebook for taking notes is optional but encouraged.

How will my child’s progress be shared with me?

Each week, your child’s taped work is emailed to parents. We ask that you give them the opportunity to review their work before the next class to enhance their learning experience.

Are there additional opportunities for my child to perform?

Yes! As students progress, they’ll have the chance to participate in quarterly talent events and annual showcases that are often attended by industry professionals.

Can I stay and watch the class?

We kindly ask that parents do not attend classes with their child. However, there is seating available in the hallway if you wish to remain in the building during class time.

What is the drop-off and pick-up process?

Parents are asked to drop off and pick up their kids in a timely manner, as classes run back-to-back on schedule. Timely pick-up is important to ensure a smooth transition between classes.
